Number of Years Employed at St. Ann Catholic School: Second Year
Education: I graduated K-State in 2016 with my BS in Marketing and minor in Leadership Studies. After a few years working, I decided to return to school to become a teacher. I graduated with my Masters in Teaching from K-State in the Spring of 2019.
Work Experience: Before I became a teacher, I worked at Cerner as a Rehab Therapies Consultant where I helped clients design and implement medical charting technology. After returning to school, I was a substitute teacher at different schools throughout the Archdiocese. In the summer of 2019, I was an teaching aide in the De Soto Pre-K Summer School. I taught 4th Grade at St. Ann last year and am very excited to be back for another year!
Teaching Philosophy: I aim to help all children grow academically. socially, and spiritually through classroom experiences.
Passions and Interests: My newest passion is being a Mama to my daughter Lillian who was born in April of 2020! My husband and I love all things K-State especially football, and are looking forward to getting to attend games again. I also enjoy baking, spending time outdoors, and playing with my pup, Barley.
Favorite Scripture: Don't worry about anything, instead pray about everything.
