Work Experience:
This will be my first job out of college and I couldn’t be more privileged to join such an embracive community. In the past, I have had many years of experience working with children. In addition, I have obtained an amazing experience and learned so many informational pieces through my student teaching. My involvement with children has varied from Boys and Girls club, tutoring students, and teaching english overseas.
Teaching Philosophy:
My educational philosophy begins with the belief that everyone is a child of God. Each individual was made in the holiness and likeness of the lord’s image. I am called to work as a disciple of the Lord by leading each student in my classroom to see the Lord’s love and strive for a relationship with him. I have the privilege to become a teacher and guide others through this journey. Not only will I help my students reach their goals academically, but I also have a desire to instill ambition in them toward their faith to see them grow spiritually and mentally. My accommodations will be built on the differences within my classroom. I will assist them with accommodations so I can provide different strategies for instruction based upon individual interest, learning techniques, and confidence within the classroom. I wholeheartedly believe teaching is a beautiful and rewarding mission, allowing us to see our students develop into their own greatness.
