Children entering a school in the state of Kansas for the first time must have a physical exam. This health assessment and record of current immunizations, signed by a doctor, must be in our office before your child starts school. (Health forms for Kindergarten students will be included in a packet distributed in April.) ALL New students: A copy of child's birth and baptismal certificates must be sent to the school office with registration. Transferring Students: Parents of students transferring to St. Ann Catholic School must provide copies of your child's academic & health records.

Supplemental tuition helps bridge-the-gap between the cost of education and the in-parish tuition rate. For one child, the actual cost of education is $7,000 or $2,170 above the in-parish rate.
Thank you for considering a supplemental tuition contribution to help support a high level of investment in the school while keeping the tuition rate affordable. All supplemental tuition contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the tax law.
An acknowledgement of your pledge and payment options will be provided to you in the coming weeks. No payment is necessary at this time. Every dollar paid above the required tuition is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the current tax code and is a tremendous blessing to our school.
