Gift from Class of 2021

8^th Grade Class Gift
The St. Ann Catholic School Class of 2021 has made a lasting mark in recognition of their time at the school. They were able to purchase four heavy duty picnic tables with the proceeds they earned from the 8^th grade raffle last fall. The tables make a perfect addition to the area near the school garden, between the gym and library. These tables can be used as an outdoor classroom space, youth group meeting space and as a preparation area for the garden.

This gift was made possible through a “Waste Tire Grant” from the Kansas Dept. of Health and Environment, which covered half of the cost. You see, these tables are made from recycled tires so not only are the tables useful and very durable, they also help the environment by keeping the tires out of landfills! This is a win-win for everyone. Thank you Class of 2021!
